Team Leaders 2017

SHARP-Pakistan has a team of dedicated professional who are working together for the support of human rights situation in Pakistan. Our Team Leaders for the year 2017 include:

Mr. Mudassar Javed Sanghaira
Director (Legal Assistance Programme)
The Director Brings with him an academic background in Anthropology, exceptional interpersonal skills as well as work experience in Project Management, M&E, Advocacy, Communication, Networking and Relationship Management.


Ms. Memoona Batool Khan
Project Director (KPK Region)
She has dedicated over a decade of her services to SHARP. Having a delightfully amicable personality, she has excellent interpersonal skills. Her academic background is of a Law graduate majoring in Political Science and Gender Studies from University of Punjab. As a lawyer by profession, she specializes in social and gender-based issues.


Ms. Najma Mukhtar Abbasi
Field Manager-Islamabad
A young female and passionate lawyer by profession holding LLM degree. Working with SHARP from 04 years as Lawyer along with supervising ALAC-Islamabad office as Team Leader since 2016. Also awarded Employee of the Year 2016 for outstanding performance.


Ms. Ansa Azeem
Team Leader RSD-Islamabad
I have joined SHARP in 2012 as a project officer, soon after completing my MBA from Peshawar Business School (University of Peshawar). Shifted to RSD section in 2015, and presently I am supervising all the RSD stations (Islamabad, Lahore, Mianwali and Karachi) as a Team Leader. I am also Focal Person for the SGBV cases of the refugees.


Mr. Hamid Latif
Field Manager-Lahore
Holds an LLB from Peshawar University and M.A Political Science degree from Sargodha University. Working with SHARP since Nov 2009 with SHARP starting as Legal Counselor and then promoted as Lawyer and later as Field Manager in Jan 2016. Also awarded as Employee of year 2014.


Mr. Sikandar Mehmood
Field Manager-Karachi
Holds three Degrees including MBA, LLB and MA (IR). Proudly associated with SHARP-Pakistan for around 08 years. Has professional experience of working in different fields of Management, Finance, Legal matter/cases and up to the field work.


Mr. Imran Khan Yousafzai
Field Manager-Mianwali
A Law Graduate from University of Peshawar having more than 5 Years of working experience as a Field Manager/Lawyer with SHARP by supervising South Punjab; Memberships include Life time Member of Lahore Bar Association and Executive Member Lahore High Court Bar Association (2012/13).


Mr. Muhammad Rafiq
Field Manager-Haripur
Completed L.L.B (Hons) Sharia & Law from International Islamic University. Having more than 15years of experience as project management officer, Legal Advisor and Advocate, Mediator & Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist. Awarded Employee of the Year 2016 for outstanding performance. Also served as Resource Person to seminars/ workshop on Human Rights, GBV, Advocacy, Protection, Refugee law etc.


Mr. Faizan Ali Khan
Field Manager-Mardan
A young, energetic and with the spirit of volunteerism and social work he enjoys helping others. Started working with SHARP in 2015 as an Outreach Counselor. Currently working as a field manager since 2016. He is honored to be the youngest FM in SHARP team and successfully managing three projects of UNHCR and one project of ECHO/ICMC, covering the largest area of KPK, with team of 34 professionals.


Ms. Fouzia Humayun
Team Leader ALAC-Mardan
Holds LLM degree in International Law. Prior experience of working with Peshawar High Court as Research Inter for 1.4 years. Working with SHARP since 2015, started as Registration Assistant and presently working as Team Leader/ Lawyer at Mardan field office.
