SHARP marked the conclusion of its 16 Days of Activism 2025 campaign through an impactful awareness session on Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV) at Divisional Public School and College, Rawalpindi, reinforcing its commitment to safer digital environments.
The session brought together students, educators, and SHARP’s protection team to shed light on the increasing challenges of digital violence and the importance of safe, responsible online behavior. SHARP’s legal expert, Ms. Kainat; Protection Counsellor Ms. Saman Aman; and Psychosocial Counsellor Ms. Maham Raja led interactive and insightful discussions, equipping students with practical knowledge on identifying, preventing, and responding to TFGBV. The session was effectively moderated by Ms. Rukhsana, ensuring meaningful participation and engagement.
Principal Ms. Samina Khan appreciated SHARP’s efforts to educate young people on such critical and emerging protection concerns. Project Director Mr. Aatif Afzal formally concluded the ceremony, reaffirming SHARP’s strong commitment to digital safety, youth empowerment, and the elimination of all forms of Gender-Based Violence.
The closing event ended on a positive and encouraging note with a networking segment, ceremonial cake cutting, and lunch, symbolizing unity, collaboration, and a shared pledge to build safer digital and physical spaces for all.
