Mr. Muhammad Mudassar Javed

Summary of professional and supervisory experience:
Mr. Mudassar Javed, brings with him an academic background in Anthropology with exceptional interpersonal skills as well as over 18 years work experience in Project Management, Sexual and Reproductive Health and rights Education (SRHR), Sexual and Gender based violence (SGBV) M&E, Trainings, Research, Advocacy and Communication, networking and Relationship Management, Migration and Human trafficking.
In the current assignment as a CEO, he provides overall management and leadership to the organization; working closely with diverse teams, various stakeholders, including institutional partners and networks as well as engaging with the wider philanthropic sector and donor agencies. He regularly facilitates capacity building training workshops to police, judicial officers, public prosecutors, lawyers, civil society and media officials on human rights and refugees’ rights in the light of national and international laws and commitments. In his existing role, he is responsible for fulfilling SHARP’s vision and oversee the development, funding, and implementation of the projects/programmes. He remains responsible for adequate program development and implementation, establishes and sustains productive relationships with partners, relevant stakeholders, government officials, donors, and strategic partners, accountable for competent operational and risk management, including the proper management, wellbeing and safety of staff and beneficiaries. He is leading the overall operation of the organization by providing guidance to different operational units of the organization. He ensures accountable, transparent and conducive working environment whilst promoting best practice, and ensures quality and excellence across all verticals. His role focuses on expanding the reach and impact of the capacity building work of the organization to achieve its vision of a strong and sustainable human rights friendly society. He has vast experience working closely with refugees, asylum seekers, IDPs, prisoners, women and children.
He regularly represents the organization at various National and International platforms.
Ms. Memoona Batool
Project Director,
khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Qualification:
M.A Political science, MSC-Gender and Women Studies, LLB from University of Punjab.
Summary of professional and supervisory experience:
Ms. Memoona is having Fifteen (15) years of experience of Project Management, Trainings, Consultation, Monitoring, Advocacy, and Report Writing, data analysis, Participatory development approaches, mainstreaming of gender into development initiatives, design and implementation of demand side governance frameworks and service delivery. Institutional and individual capacity assessment for capacity enhancement programs, training and capacity building program of Law enforcing agencies (Police, FIA), Prosecution department, Prison, Lawyers and District Administration at provincial and national level. Liaison with a range of stakeholders including but not limited to provincial governments, civil society, donor agencies.
She served with public and private sector both on various position but her long-term association with SHARP organization. Currently she is leading one of dynamic KP team as project Director and also part of SHARP management. Ms. Memoona is well groomed, gender and culturally sensitized person with negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ms. Faiza Mir
Project Director
Qualification:
Graduated with a master’s degree, majoring in Gender Development Studies.
Summary of professional and supervisory experience:
Ms. Faiza Mir graduated with a master’s degree, majoring in Gender Development Studies. She has on hand 13+ years of professional experience in the government and non-governmental sector. She has worked extensively with many national and international organizations managing and coordinating partners like European Union, United Nations Development Project, UNHCR and UN Women to name a few.
Ms. Faiza has worked extensively on Gender, Inclusivity, Human Rights, Positive masculinity, Sustainable Development, Climate Change, and Prevention/ Countering Violent Extremism. She has also trained more than 100 Union Councilors of Rawalpindi and Islamabad on different topics and on different platforms. She has facilitated several training on Gender, Disaster Risk Management, Resilience, Conflict Resolution, Critical Thinking, and Protection against harassment of women in workplace Act 2010 for different segments of society.
Ms. Huma Aziz
Admin & HR Manager
Qualification:
M.A English Literature and MSC-Gender and Women Studies.
Summary of professional and supervisory experience:
Ms. Huma Aziz is associated with the Development Sector from last 12 years. She has served at different positions while working with different National and International Organizations. Currently she is performing her responsibilities as Admin and HR Manager with SAHRP where she is leading the overall recruitment process of the organization, staff capacity building/ technical assistance and institutional Development and smooth administrative support to all field offices. She is a part of Senior Management Team of the organization where she is actively contributing in decision making and institutional development of the organization.
She has the experience in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, organizational policy development, Staff Capacity Building, Program Management related to SRHR, SGBV, Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Education, Health, SDGs, . She has experience of working in different geographical areas by engaging communities and working with different stakeholders. She has increased her knowledge and skills by participating in various training and exposure opportunities at National and International level.

Mr. Irfan Ahmed Shujra
Manager Finance
Qualification:
MBA, ACPA, CSMA, AICS, CAT, CIMA (Finalist), FMVA (Finalist).
Summary of professional and supervisory experience:
Mr. Shujrah has diversified experience of more than 20 years in commercial, Audit and NGO’s setups. He is qualified chartered secretary, Certified Public Accountant, Capital Markets and Securities Analyst, Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst and MBA -Finance.
He is associated with SHARP as Finance Manager and leading the Finance Unit of the organization.
He is responsible for the Accounts and Finance functions including accounting, treasury, budgets, audits, taxation, insurance and statutory compliances. Mr. Irfan Ahmed Shujrah keeps an eye on cash-flows to ensure transparency and also advise the top management on related matters of the organization. He provides technical assistance and feedback in the development and adaptation of financial SoPs and policies as per the required standards. As part of the Senior Management Team of the SHARP, he shares his recommendations for the improved and strengthened financial management system of the organization.
He is active member of professional bodies and hold membership of Global Financial Society (GFS), Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Managers, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan

Mr. Manzoor Ali
Manager Legal
Qualification:
Master in Anthropology and LLB from University of Peshawar.
Summary of professional and supervisory experience:
A dynamic professional with more than 16 years’ experience in program management, implementation and contract management. He has developed expertise in managing and implementing Protection, Livelihoods, education and WASH programming. Worked as Protection specialist/coordinator in Pakistan, Sudan and Afghanistan. He has provided leadership, setting up strategic direction for protection and livelihood programing, coordination, proposals and technical reporting. He has worked with refugees, IDPs, returnees and host communities and worked with NGOs, government, INGOs and donors’ agencies. He has been part of the senior management committee and provided inputs in different strategic direction and programming. He has been involved in capacity building training of stakeholders and duty bearers on protection & human and refugee rights on national and international level. Currently, he has been managing a huge team providing services and assistance to Afghan refugees in Pakistan.
