SHARP successfully conducted two Community Outreach Sessions in Islamabad under the Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) program, engaging a total of 83 Afghan refugees, 41 males and 42 females. The female session was led by Ms. Rukhsana Jafar (Senior Livelihood Assistant), while the male session was facilitated by Mr. Nadeem Ahmad (Livelihood Assistant).
The sessions aimed to raise awareness about the Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) program, which connects skilled refugees with international employment opportunities, enabling them to rebuild their lives with dignity and respect.
A heartening moment from the female session occurred when a participant showcased her crochet work, which was warmly appreciated by others, reflecting not only her creativity and resilience but also the empowered environment that SHARP has fostered within the refugee community.
