SHARP Islamabad Team organized a 3-day orientation and capacity-building workshop for the newly hired staff under the Protection project. Sessions were started with the welcome remarks by CEO Mr. Mudassar Javed. With the close coordination of Project Coordinator, Syed Saleem, The Islamabad team conducted effective sessions on program management, human resource, communications and MHPSS. The Legal Manager of SHARP Mr. Manzoor Ali also informed about its ongoing activities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Representatives from partner also contributed practical knowledge about the project outcomes and relevant indicators. The concluding address was given by the chairman, Syed Liaqat Banori, who thanked the organizers for making efforts in the staff capacity enhancement and encouraged the participants to work in a confident, professional manner and in the spirit of team.
