SHARP Pakistan successfully organized a Training of Trainers session for project staff at the SHARP Islamabad office. The training session was facilitated by Ms. Rubina Yasir, Senior Program Assistant (Capacity Building) from our partner organization, and brought together 16 participants, including senior Legal Experts, Paralegals, Community Mobilizers, and M&E Officers.
This activity aimed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and methodologies to effectively train others, focusing on technical expertise, facilitation techniques, and confidence-building. Through dynamic exercises, participants honed their abilities in public speaking, managing diverse groups, and delivering impactful training sessions.
While sharing his thoughts SHARP’s CEO, Mr. Mudassar Javed, emphasized the importance of using simple, audience-friendly terminology while ensuring cultural and gender sensitivity in presentations.
