An orientation and capacity building workshop in SHARP office for newly-hired staff and lawyers under the protection project. CEO Mr. Mudassar Javed led the orientation by conducting an inspirational session on SHARP philosophy of humanitarian spirit, theory of change and professional standards. AHRM Ms. Huma Aziz, AHRO Mr. Jahanzeb Aftab and PC Ms. Manam Hanfi also conducted sessions on organization’s HR police, conde of conduct and project objectives.
