An MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) awareness raising session was held at SHARP Islamabad office under the AMNA-supported project, focusing on the concept of “Window of Tolerance.”
The session was designed to educate parents, strengthen coping mechanisms, and promote overall family well-being. With the theme “Healing begins with understanding,” Ms. Maleeha Sami led the session expertly, providing insightful guidance to parents on managing stress and emotional regulation. Her efforts were supported by a skilled team, with Mr. Ahmad Taufiq providing thoughtful interpretation and Ms. Rukhsana Jaffar offering valuable assistance, enriching the overall experience for the participants. This initiative played a crucial role in enhancing mental health awareness and empowering families.
