SHARP Mardan team commemorated the #WorldHumanitarianDay2024 by organizing a multi-purpose event at the Sports Complex, Swabi. Highlight of the event was a friendly volleyball match between Afghan refugee and the host communities, showcasing the power of unity and sportsmanship.
The event didn’t stop at sports! We also conducted an interactive First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) training session in collaboration with Rescue 1122. Participants, including players, were equipped with essential skills to respond effectively during emergencies, learning critical techniques to assist victims and ensure timely care.
A special thank you to the local community and Afghan refugee elders for appreciating our efforts and making this day truly impactful. Together, we continue to build stronger, safer communities.
