SHARP and UNHCR organized a two-day Capacity Building Training Workshop for ALAC team at the serene hills of Bhurban, aimed at enhancing collaboration and operational understanding among team members from Islamabad, Lahore, Mianwali and Karachi.

Day 1: Capacity Building: Focused on fostering effective team dynamics, participants explored:
- Communication & Trust: Tools for clear dialogue and relationship building;
- Conflict Resolution: Practical techniques for constructive problem-solving
- Collaboration Strategies: Scenario-based activities to strengthen teamwork
The day ended with an inspiring discussion where teams shared learnings and set goals for a more cohesive future.
Day 2: Fun Activities Between Teams: Energy and camaraderie took center stage with interactive challenges and creative problem-solving. Participants built trust and reflected on teamwork through engaging presentations.
Ms. Ghazala Mirza and Mr. Waseem Rehman emphasized applying these insights to daily tasks and UNHCR’s commitment to empowering teams for greater impact. Mr. Aatif Afzal, PD-ICT at SHARP, remarked: “This workshop wasn’t just about capacity building; it was about building bridges of trust, understanding, and cooperation—essential for our shared mission of supporting vulnerable communities. Such initiatives reinforce our commitment to excellence and teamwork.”
Outcome: Participants left rejuvenated, equipped with practical skills, and bonded as stronger teams, ready to take on challenges with renewed vigor. A big thanks to our Admin colleagues, especially Mr. Jahanzeb and Mr. Javed, for making excellent arrangements to achieve intended outcomes.
