SHARP Mianwali Team recently held a transformative youth outreach session with female participants from both host and refugee communities at a school in RV Kot Chandna. Under our Youth Outreach Programme, we engaged these young minds, encouraging them to embrace social harmony, tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
In another session, an art competition was organized with the theme “Unity and Harmony.” The talented participants were invited to express their vision of peaceful coexistence through their artwork. Ms. Afsana, an Afghan student, won first prize for her drawing, which beautifully captures the positive impact of social harmony, community cohesion and overall wellbeing. Ms. Sana, another Afghan student, stood runner-up, with her artwork reflecting the solidarity and mutual respect between the two communities.
These creative expressions not only showcase the power of art in bridging cultural divides but also reinforce the importance of unity in promoting cultural exchange and understanding. We are immensely proud of these young artists for their contributions to a more harmonious future.
