Team Haripur hosted a heartwarming ceremony at Khaki Refugee Village, District Mansehra, where 275 educational kits were distributed among children from the most vulnerable refugee families. The event, held at the RV’s Higher Secondary School, was a colorful and soul-refreshing gathering, graced by senior officials from the Commissionerate for Afghan Refugees (CAR), district administration & police, refugee community elders and representatives from civil society.
The ceremony was made even more memorable by the joy of the children, who were over the moon to receive the high-quality kits, essential for resuming and continuing their studies—majority of whom had been forced to abandon their education due to a lack of resources. The gratitude from the children and their parents was profound, extending to SHARP, the organizers and the Swiss government.
