Creating pathways of hope through skills and opportunity, SHARP Pakistan’s TBB team conducted an outreach session in Mardan with 40 Afghan refugees, promoting safe and legal pathways to international employment.
Facilitated by Livelihood Assistant Shanila Zafar, the session provided practical guidance on the Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) program, including Talent Catalog registration, CV development, and interview preparation, equipping participants with the tools needed to access global job opportunities.
The interactive session encouraged open dialogue and active participation, enabling participants to engage in meaningful discussions and Q&A while strengthening their understanding of the TBB program’s role in promoting legal mobility pathways for Afghan refugees in Pakistan.
