Team SEM-supported project conducted a training workshop on human & refugee rights with civil society, executive & media in Sukkur. PC Mr. Aatif Afzal facilitated while pro bono lawyers Mr. Ali Asghar Mehar and Mr. Aqeel Bukhari co-facilitated workshop sessions, which were enthusiastically attended by 30+ participants.

Team ALAC Peshawar conducted a Consultative Workshop/Session with Prison officials of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar. Chief Guest IG Prison Mr. Usman Mehsud, AIG Prison Mr. Hashmat Ullah, Guest from UNHCR Mr. Lewies, Mr. Sahibzada Younis, Mr. Muzafar from Protection Unit and Mr. Fazal Rabbi Director SSRU CAR K-P participated.

Team Protection Project Karachi conducted back-to-back events: a training workshop with lawyers and a consultative session with stakeholders for strengthening coordination & referral mechanism. 60+ lawyers participated in the workshop on human & refugee rights while different stakeholders including representatives from government departments, NGOs, UNHCR, IOM and IPs attended the consultative session. Mr. Ikhtiar Ali Channa,

SHARP Protection Team Karachi conducted training workshop with police officials on refugee and human rights at Karachi Police Training School, Garden Headquarters. Legal Manager Mr. Manzoor Ali, Mr. Zill-e-Hassan (Sr. Program Assistant, Protection) and Project Officer Mr. Ilam-Ud-din Rahimoon facilitated the workshop sessions.

Team ALAC Islamabad conducted a training workshop on human rights & refugee rights with police officials at Capital Police College. Chief guest DSP Mr. Israr Arain was presented with a commemorative shield by PD-ICT Mr. Tufail Ahmad.

Team SHARP Timergarah conducted a consultative session with Lawyers on “Human Rights and International Protection”. District Administrator for Afghan Refugees Mr. Humayun graced the occasion as chief guest.

Team SEM-supported project conducted sensitization workshop on human rights & refugee rights with 25+ young lawyers in Islamabad. Vice Chairman IBC Mr. Adil Qazi and President IDBA Mr. Shakil Abbasi graced the occasion as chief guests.
