SHARP TBB team successfully conducted two impactful outreach sessions in Karachi, engaging 40 male and 40 female skilled Afghan refugees to promote safe and legal pathways to international employment. The sessions were facilitated by Shanila Zafar and Nadeem Ahmad (Livelihood Assistants, SHARP), providing practical guidance on the Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) program, including Talent Catalog registration, CV development, autonomous pathways, and interview preparation.
Participants were actively engaged, gaining clarity on global employment opportunities and SHARP’s support in their journey toward self-reliance. The sessions also created a safe and supportive space to discuss challenges and build confidence for next steps.
This impactful initiative reflects the strong commitment of the TBB team, with special recognition for Ms. Qurat-ul-Ain, Incharge Karachi Office, whose meticulous coordination and dedicated efforts were instrumental in successfully organizing and executing these sessions.
